It depends. You didn't really give enough detail. For starters, it depends what you're talking about: if it's something humorous then it might be the subject, but if you're talking about something that shouldn't make him want to laugh there is a possibility that he's into you.
Does he try to make any physical contact? If he touches your hand or puts his hand on your arm, then he's definitely into you.
While both of these are signs the best way to find out is to ask him. It might be hard to do, but it will be worth it if he says that he does!

A lot of my close friends say that my best guy friend likes me, because his 'face lights up when we talk, his eyes get all sparkly, and he talks to me more than my other friends'. That is what all my friends said, but in this case, it could be different. We've known each other for about 5 years, and we're close, so we do almost everything together, so it really depends on the situation. =D

Or enjoys this conversation. Not neccasarily like you. But maybe if he does that continuosly, maybe he does like you!
