If you're talking about one that is being ordered by your doctor, here in South Jersey the main places you can go are South Jersey Radiology and Atlantic Medical Imaging. AMI may only have offices in Atlantic County, but they are the better of the two, in my opinion.
If you're talking about having one done on your own (with no doctor's orders), I haven't had one of those and can't recommend any specific place. I've posted a link for a quick MSN search below.

Most gynecologists can do them in their office or go to an XRay Imaging center.

Your OB/GYN or midwife should be able to give you a list of places that they use. They also need to be on a list approved by your health insurance.
