I just got this job and I am going to move to that city, I have no idea how much money do I need to support myself. I am moving from abroad.

Well, there are a lot of variables and as you know some people are comforatable with 40K - others need double that or more and you didn't indicate if you have a family, want to live in a house or rent, etc.
I'm surprised that you didn't research this before accepting the position. Anyhow I would go to salary.com and see if your offer was a decent one for your profession. And then do some research on the cost of living in Denver.
