I always find the best way to cure a hang-over is to start the night before...
Bring to your night stand a glass of water and a poweraid, so if you wake up thirsty - you don't have to get out of bed.
Also have Ibuprofen at your bedstand so when you wake up with a splitting headache you can take them right away and get up when your feeling better.
Don't take Tylenol, it will kill your liver to combine the two.
If you've drank a fair amount, try to eat something before bed and take an Ibuprofen. hopefully this helps

First Call is an all natural extract of artichoke and sarsaparilla that comes in capsule form. Taken before and after consuming alcohol, First Call supports the body's natural production of the enzymes necessary to break down the toxins from the alcohol, specifically acetylaldehyde, which negatively affects healthy liver function.

Time because that old remedy of black coffee doesnt work because your body needs time to cleanse itself naturally of the toxins alcohol releases when it's consumed. Any vomiting that's because you're dehydrated and do not take Emetrol like one poster suggested because this is not meant to be used as a means to stop hangover induced nausea and vomiting. Vomiting could be a sign of alcoholic poisoning.

I will tell you something now; I'm an alcoholic.
Here's what I do. When you have a hangover, the leftover alcohol taste in your mouth is nausaeating. I drink alot of Sprite or Natural fruit juices. Then I eat a can of vegetable soup. It works!

Drink a lot of water before you go to sleep. And take a big glass to bed with you. The main cause of a hangover is dehydration.

LOTS of water and sleep. Avoid Tylenol if you have a headache. Tylenol and alcohol can cause liver and kidney damage.
