Take the chicken strips, place them on a hero roll, then (please excuse me for adding my own ingredients) on top of them place mozzarella sticks, then some marinara sauce. There you go, a chicken cutlet parmigiana hero.

You can make a fried chicken salald, chicken salad w/ crackers, chicken macaroni salad w/ bed of lettuce, chichken sandwich, chicken w/ rice and corn, etc... even chicken tacos.

How about slicing them and placing them on a tortilla with some shredded cheese and diced tomato ... then covering with another tortilla and frying lightly in a skillet for homemade quesadillas? Yummy.
