what are you doing to prevent child abuse in schools?

(1) Create an environment where children can speak their mind & are encouraged to speak the truth.

Never hit kids (for any reason) and never let them be fearful of anything.

Child molestors scare children into silence by telling them no one will believe their stories.

Hence many kid crimes go un-reported.

(2) Do a back-ground check on all employees , followed by a personality analysis by a trained professional in order to spot the potential trouble makers.

(3) All class rooms need to have large glass windows & hallways should be well lit ......... bathrooms which cannot have huge glass windows must have a reliable attendant at all times.

(4) Security cams must be in place, in order to provide evidence , timing & sequence of movement of people within the school building, in case of any complaint.

Voting for all the right people who can put harsher rules on scumbags. Teach the teachers and school board on how to spot a child molester so they can catch the person before he/she acts on hurting the child.
