Lil bro, get up, walk away from your computer, go outside, find the first group of people you see, and say, "hey, what cha doin?". Your better off finding friends that way than, asking on the internet. No one on the internet is going to be your true friend, just by asking. They will not bring you soup when your sick, they do not care how your mom is doing today, they will not go "hang out" when you both are bored. Honestly i'd like to say, "i'd be your friends" but the reality of the situation is after about a week i'd forget. If you weren't constantly on my *** about talking to you, and things of that nature, i'd just forget. Friends = bonds/experiences in life that you share. Even your enemies are your friends in some manner, but the bonds/experiences are usually negative. A better question would be, "I'm lonely, would anyone talk to me". Hey sorry if i seem a little harsh, just speaking on the reality of the subject. And i hope your day goes better. And hopefully you do find someone to talk to, that may "Become" your friend.

Sure can. Though you could probably make better friends right in the town where you live. Just be kind, gentle, friendly and considerate to the people around you. They will come around and be your friend.
