So, I once read in a magazine article that peoples bodies give off a certian scent that attracks the opposite sex. Is this true?

In another article, I read that actually HAVING sex makes this chemical stronger.. true?

I have a healthy/normal sex life. (Dont worry folks, i keep myself protected - EVERYONE SHOULD!).. but is there a way to drive the boys completely crazy? I'm not talking visually.

I'm just curious about this...

You're talking about pheromones. They are like a scent, except they don't really smell like anything. It's a chemical that comes out in your sweat or whatever. When women get a good whiff of a man's pheromones, they may not notice a scent exactly, but they feel more calm and sort of willing to have the guy around or whatever. And when a guy detects the woman's pheromones, he gets turned on too.

And it does become stronger during sex. Ideally it creates a sort of emotional bond between partners. The trouble is, if you have many partners, your receptors can become sort of desensitized and it becomes harder and harder to feel that connection. Sort of like a piece of tape that becomes less sticky every time it gets stuck to a surface, then pulled away and stuck to a different surface.

You could buy some of the "pheromone perfumes" on the market, but none of them work. Actually, the best way to get men to notice your pheromones may be to stop shaving your underarms, as the chemicals use the hairs as a sort of wick to help them diffuse into the air. Of course, that might be a turn off to some guys.

Yes it's true, and I've heard that they've found a way to synthetically reproduce those chemicals, called pheromones, so that you can intensify the affect. Whether that last part is true or not, I don't know, and if it is I would have no idea where you could find it. Try doing a google search on pheromones and see what you come up with.
