It depends on ones point of reference. Compared to Fidel Castro, Bush is a better president. Compared to any sane, rational, human being, Bush is the worst scourge to curse these United States of America.

He isn't. I'm a conservative and even I don't think he is the best president ever. Regan, Jefferson, Lincoln, Washington, Teddy Roosevelt, Adams, among others are all better than him.
