For white eyeliner I prefer to use Merele Norman, it's a soft pencil and stays on considerably well.
I use MAC for black eyeliner, which also stays on well, but I have yet to try their white.

maybelline has that line unstoppable of mascara and eyeliner. They have white eyeliners as well as pretty much any color like purple, navy, brown and the all-around black. you should be able to find it at any CVS Walmart or target

at Walmart or Target, you can get white eyeliner from the super-cheap N.Y.C. line ... which I've found works very nicely! i think it's only 99 cents, which is great especially if you just want to try it out.

well, normally people buy it from pharmacies and i bought it from there but it smudges! so i would advise you 'RED EARTH' is the best place to buy a white eyeliner. its the best. i got one from there.

most chemists and pharmacies stock them.....if you are in the uk then boots and superdrug definately do them.
