It is very possible to sleep very little over a long period of time. However, expect that your body will relapse, you will probably start experiencing anxiety, and headaches.

These are both signs of stress, which is a lot of times what is caused when your body does not get enough rest.

You should not depend on coffee, for the simple fact that the caffeine will not at all help out in the anxiety era.

And you should not depend on medicine as a sleep, or should I say lack thereof aide.

Each person requires a certain amount of sleep. 3 hours a night is a bad idea though unless that's been the case your whole adult life. At the very least your immune system will plummet even if you use drugs or coffee.
There is a "practical limit" for each person for how long they can go, at which point the just doze off at inappropriate times. Definitely don't want to be driving when that happens.

It's not healthy to go with less than 6 hours of sleep. It will make you ill, then you will be in worse condition.

Nobody is too busy to sleep! Take something out of your "busy schedule" unless you want to get very sick.

Caffeine and medicine are temporary fixes and don't last long. When they wear off, you'll feel very fatiqued. Don't bother with them.
