Yes you should - the punishment did not fit the crime. The weeing on the floor thing isn't that bad - men do it all the time anyway. The stealing thing was though - what if she needed that money for electricity or something important. As for trashing her garden - well done for making an old lady afraid to live in her own home. You must feel like a big man. The old dear is probably too afraid to leave her house now.

you did the wrong thing you should have thought about what you were doing when you did this to that person. How would you feel if someone did that to you? If I ever did that I would feel ashamed of myself if I were you I would go back and tell this person what you did they will respect you more if you go to them and say look I am the one who did this I am sorry is there something I can do to make it up to you
