Lately I have been getting a lot of bulk mail from pharmaceutical companies for flogging cheap prescription drugs.
What I wonder is how the b-h did they get our e-mail addresses.

Yes! I get these e-mails where the subject line and the sender make it look like it's a personal message and it turns out to be an ad for Viagra! I get a ton of that crap.
