it sounds like you're a business... well, there are soundproofing materials, however, they are not cheap... but if you're running a good business, you may want to invest.

look up www.pyrokinc.com the material is pyrok, it needs to be applied by a specialist. If this won't work for your application, they'll be able to give you an idea of the direction to head in.

either turn the volume down or invite your neighbour to share the pub.

well besides turning it down.
pad the walls with foam. the foam sucks in the sounds and really cuts it out outside the area your playing in.
say you practice in your garage, and you pad your garage walls with foam, your neighbors wouldnt or barely hear you.
