he is busy. He wanted to now all about my past relationship. Does he love me and can I trust him.

Sorry to tell you but he isn't your boyfriend.

Stop deluding yourself, no guy interested in you will take three months off from call you or tell you he's too busy. He doesn't like you anymore and just doesn't want to hurt your feelings by saying so. He thinks you will get the hint, but you are not. Get the hint!
