Lets face it. The Earth is becoming overpopulated. If we continue to pump out babies faster than we can count... The world will be a very different place than it is now in 50 years. It would prbley be to dangerous just to go outside.
What do you think? Would you support population laws if they were proposed? Especially for nations like the U.S.
The U.S. recently reached a population of 300,000,000.
and rising.

I think that population laws would be a good thing to have. A lot of people wouldn't go for them, but the world's population is growing and I think something should be done about it.

Yes. In China they have population laws but they are kinda messed up. If you have over one child you can not get government assistance (certain situaions would need to be different for example a broken home, a mother of 3 gets divorced and is alone, or a parent dies so you lose income) You have 3 kids with three daddies you are on your own for being so irresponsible. China also has the sex policy, a female reproduces, you can not have more than one female child or the givernment takes that child and who knows from there, or something like that. Thats wrong but we do need to maintain our population. These days you do not need to make 5 babies to have children working on the farm. Times have changed and so should our rate of reproducing

The Unites States is actually one of the less-densely populated countries, ranking #172 with a density of 31 people per square km on a UN World Population Prospects chart.
In the some of the more heavily populated countries there are restrictions on the number of children you can have. So I wouldn't get too worried about the future.

China's laws are "kind of" messed up? (from Lisa above). They estimate they will have a surplus male population of 120 million....
Never fear, if WWIII doesn't take care of the "problem", WWIV certainly will.
