Absolutely safe. There is NO aspirin in tylenol, and because I have bad headaches also, I took it all through my 3 pregnancies with no worries. Do not be in pain for no reason, Tylenol is 100% fine, and Congratulations.

Tylenol is your new friend during pregnancy. It will basically be your cure all pain reliever, lol. Also, try to take it with a caffinated beverage, it may help boost it. If those don't work and you're having serious migraine headaches, the doc may perscribe you something stronger. Best of luck to you.

Yes Tylenol is safe. My doctor gave me a prescription for it just in case I got headaches, which I did.

Tylenol is very safe to use during pregnancy. Only take the recommended dosage on the bottle though as it can be damaging to the liver in high doses.

Yes! Tylenol is safe. What is NOT safe is ibuprofin containing products like advil, aleive, etc. Just look on the label. If it says tylenol or acetomenephin it's ok! Hope your noggin' feels better!

I have always suffered from Migraines. Now that I'm pregnant...........whoa....there are times I cry myself to sleep. I did speak to my doc...he said the ONLY thing I should take is Tylenol even up to extra strength he said. But I don't push it...I take only 1 pill and lay down...when I get up I have a regular headache that I can deal with not the darn migraines.

Tylenol is one of the very few things you CAN take. Call your Dr. on how much or if he thinks it is safe. I took Tylenol.
