All of a sudden my files have become encrypted and I get a message saying my computer cannot recovr32. What does that mean and how can I fix the problem? Help please!

Make sure your antivirus is updated and run a scan or try an online scanner http://housecall.trendmicro.com. Files don't normally just get encrypted. Without the key/password you won't likely decrypt your files. But if it is a virus that encrypted them you might be able to find online the method to decrypt.
