They say that butter is the secret to all great recipes.. er something like that. Butter tastes much better than margarine but it burns faster and much expensive than the cheap margarine. Margarine's more economical.

Butter or olive oil.
We had a very cheap margerine in plastic bins at summer camp once that was more white than yellow, had loads of water standing on top every time you opened it, and tasted awful. Ever since then I will NOT even TOUCH the stuff, of any brand. It might be about the only food stuff l don't eat, I love almost everything, even the usual 'yucky' local delicacies as haggis, fried grasshoppers etc. But margerine will not enter my kitchen.
