being taken advantage of at your job.?

Question

Do you feel you get more work than your co-workers and asked to do more like work on
your day off? Do you see your co-workers
get off early and still get paid for a full day
while you work late a lot.
I drove for a delivery company and was out there
all day while the other drivers sat in the office half
the time.My boss was british and so were most the
other drivers(Do you see favoritism there).I said
something to human resources about this and
nothing was done.
Why do you think they take advantge of you?

I am in management and I personally like the guy who puts in a full days work, sometimes managers are stuck with employees for whatever reason (family of owner, etc.) but when you work hard and put in a full days work someone notices and eventually you will be moving your way up the ladder while the loafers are still sitting at the office...

They take advantage of everyone, not just you.

Because you allow them to. Find another job if the one you have doesn't appreciate your skills.

maybe your boss thinks you're more reliable then the others make sure you get a big raise...
