You've got it. Congratulations, you're now physically a man. Use it wisely. (BTW, it's ejaculate, from which comes the phrase, to jack off.)

No.
There've been cases whereby guys before hitting puberty already could ejaculate.
But in your case it's most probably because you had.
In any case, there is no definite time for hitting puberty.
Puberty is just the period of time whereby your body changes.
So maybe when puberty started, you can't even tell that it had, because there's no visible change.
When you first ejaculate(normally), then it must be a sign that you had hit puberty quite some time ago.
Some people could had grown body/facial hairs, height spurt, BO, and such before ejaculation, and that just means that they had struck puberty before that.
However note that like I said earlier, it may not neccessary mean that it is puberty because you ejaculated.

no. you can't start playing with yourself and assume you've hit puberty. If the white stuff comes out you are getting there, but puberty is usually thought of onsetting with the changing of the voice or growth of hair in new and interesting places.
I say this because I kinda doubt I hit puberty in the middle of fourth grade when I first started to ejaculate.
