I was just wondering on wide basis, on how many men will actually admit that they would honestly feel comfortable with themselves to hang out with a gay man.

Most of my college friends are straight guys. They crash at my place often and hang with me all the time. I think the "younger" crowd is a bit more comfortable.....in general.

I'm going to make the assumption that I already have felt comfortable while hanging out with a gay man. Friends, coworkers, teammates; I have no doubt that some of them are homosexual and I don't know about it. They might choose to keep it to themselves. That's fine. They may choose to tell me about it later on. That's fine too.

But I'm not naive enough to assume that everyone I meet is straight until proven gay.

A lot I think. I got some straight male friends who hang out with me everyday. Anyway we don't talk about sex all the time. Don't be offended when some guys have certain reaction. Sometimes they just don't know what being gay is. It's our duty to shed some light. Help them understand us and respect the friendship.

I can't comfortably answer this question being a bi-sexual. But if I was straight I would probably think about it because if I was straight I would not want anyone thinking that I was gay because it might ruin my chances with a women. But since I'm not I don't worry about stuff like that because I see the good in everyone no matter what their sexuality is.

I'm comfortable enough with myself to hang with gay men. It also helps that I am gay myself.

I have several straight men who are comfortable hanging with me.
I think it is about chemistry, the same as it is in any relationship with two people.

I'm close friends with at least two gay guys. Sexuality has nothing to do with friendship.

One of my best friends is gay.
He even took me to a club once. And you know what? It's just like every other club I've ever been to. People buying drinks and hoping to make friends and/or getting laid.
Nothing strange or abnormal about wanting to be loved and appreciated.
