Somtimes and it really all depends on the situation. If someone is handicapped or really fat sometimes it's very hard not to, but I do my best not to in that situation. If I see a very beautiful woman...I can't help myself. Thats living and breathing art, poetry in motion! Other times I may stare is if I'm just messing with someone...give 'em the crazy eyes!

No, I stare at their shoes. I sometimes can't believe that out of all the shoes in a particular store, someone would pick out 'that' shoe as their very favorite. I'm a very no-judgemental person toward people, but I tend to be very judgemental about shoes. LOL

I do have a habit of staring at people, I don't realize I'm doing it sometimes, but I guess some people might have a problem with that.

I smile at people and see if they will smile back. When my Sister and I get together we can sit a check people all day.

Sometimes, especially if they are acting retarded. I'll give kids dirty looks when they're misbehaving in public and their parents aren't doing anything about it.
