I don't think Y/A Phils is the appropriate place to ask for that kind of things.
Try to ask the police or legal gun shops about that guns & pistols factories.
They might give you a very nice answer.

What gun factories. I am sick of people labelling Filipinos as gun carrying louts. Marcos made it illegal for anyone to carry guns in the Philippines and you could be thrown in jail if you caught with one. You can however get a licence to keep a gun in your car or home, but the rules are very strict.

have you done your research on what provinces are known for guns in all households? i bet you could easily find one there.
