Call your local Bar Association and tell the person you talk to your problem and have her give you the name and phone number of an attorney who will give you a little of his time for free - which a lot of them do.

Civil litigation lawyer.... Contracts are civil and therefore fall in their realm

I don't think you need a specialist for this one. It is a matter of contract and any general practitioner should be able to handle it.
