Continue to reproduce?????? When they can't even afford to take care of themselfs? Why don't they just keep thier legs shut or use birth control, it seems very ignorant to me. Exspecially when it's chilren having children, the cycle just keeps comeing around.

I agree.This is a very sore subject with me.It seems like it is a family cycle.That's how they were taught when growing up.Don't work and live off of welfare.I really think the government should step in and control how many kids these women have.

If you'll notice, most third world countries have problems with population control. It's kind of like what came first, the chicken or the egg. Are they poor because they have too many people, or does having too many people make them poor. Most poor people entertain themselves with booze, drugs and sex. (Actually, a lot of wealthy people entertain themselves that way, as well). Any way what else have they got to do. They don't work because they are illiterate and have felony charges so they can't pass a background check. They can't pass the urine screen. It is a vicious cycle and society "enables" them to continue this life style by supplying them with methadone and clean needles and health care and food stamps and a check once a month. (Not everyone on welfare is a loser but most of them are).

Because of a patriacial mind set. Must make a man happy, and he doesn't want to wear rubber. Oh, got to pick his beer before he blows up, oh no, had to spend the birthcontrol money. Is he smiling? Oh he has to loan his brother money, beer too.
It's co-dependency thing, ruin your own life for an idiot can be okay.
Gotta be kids best friend since mr. dad screwed their lives.., with a little help.
Truly a birthcontrol truck should stop by some houses.

The that is a rather stereotypical statement to make, but since it has been said. The more kids you have, the more money oyu get from welfare.

I know where this generalization is going but there is alot of White people living in trailers and on Welfare as vs there are also More RIch Wealthy WHite Americans than other ,but more Blacks who are middle class working families than WHite or latino!!

Lack of education and lack of access to birth control, not to mention that many women in poverty feel they must do whatever the man in their lives tells them to do, and that includes sex with no condom.
