No flipping here, but I do lift my arms and bend my knees (to aviod the butt crease), NOT an very attractive sight I'm sure.

Nope, that's the point of the double sided bed so you don't have to but FYI it's good to like raise your arms once in a while so you don't have white pits and lines where your arms have been laying when the rest of you're body is tan!!! lol Just a little tid bit for ya!!

I dont tan in a tanning bed. It is bad for your skin. I dont want to be called leatherface when I turn 70

I flip over when I use a tanning bed, but you should try the
stand up tanners they have now, Their GREAT !

No. You have bulbs tanning you from underneath as well as on top. I don't recommend it though because it damages several layers of the skins tissue.

I don't flip and have never noticed any white lines.
I do switch beds every now and then so maybe that helps.
