You need to find something more worthwhile to be worrying about. They are probably the least threatening people that could be standing there. What are they going to do? Hold up a sign at you? Bother you with their hippie music? Talk to you about dreadlocks? Get over it. Actually no, get out more, there are many types of people in this world so get used to it.

Nothing. They aren't harming anyone and knowing the nature of a typical hippy, you should have nothing to worry about. The worst you should expect is for them to be high.
