Fear does not stop me from living my life I have Muscular Dystrophy type 2 people look at me weird because I can't do a lot of the things I used to do so what if they talk about me or reject me that is there problem not mine I have learned to live with this disease and if someone wants to stay away from me thats fine with me if people can't accept me for who I am or what I have then they are not worth my time

Fear can sometimes stop a person from living. I was at one time married to a man who I was afraid of because he had abused me for years. I felt that I would never have my life the way that I wanted it. We finally divorced and my life has improved and I am no longer in fear.

Although it's sometimes not a wise thing, fear has never stopped me from living my life I want. When something bombs I just take the lesson and move on to the next whoopee thing :)

Not anymore...It used to....I would always feel left out and bad for my self (completely self-centered) then I decided I didn;t want to be left out anymore and I got more involved.....I would always fear how someone would look at me if I did or said something stupid......but I realized let them think what they want (they are going to anyways and there is nothing I can do about it)......Life is great when you tell fear to take a hike!

Yes the immense fear of the public keeps me a little isolated and the stage-fright makes me avoid public recitals and the life I had dreamt when I was a kid is just drifting away...

Yes - but not my fear. Someone else's fear stops me from living the life I want.

To a certain extent. I've lost a child and now have 2 teenagers and tend to be somewhat over-protective. I hate it sometimes, that I can't let go and just have fun sometimes for worrying

Definitely..
A courageous person is not the one who don't have fear, but he is five minutes longer brave than an odd person.
So be courageous...
