Did you ever stand in the bathroom and wath your daddy shave? Did he put shaving cream on your face and you would pretend to shave your face with him? My husband does this with my 3 year old and I think it's cute- but maybe a bit confusing for her! LOL

I loved watching my daddy shave and he used to put the shaving cream ( a little) on my nose sometimes...it was nice...but I have never tried to shave my face ....I do not think your little girl will be confused about it.
But to be on the safe side, ask your husband to put the razor out of reach.

I never did this but we all noticed that my 3yr old daughter has done this...which is very dangerous because at first she actually would go into the bathroom and stand in front of the sink and grab his razon and shave with it..
So you've got to be careful with what you're daughter is doing there.
Now I always remind my husband when ever he shaves to hide his razor behind the mirror in the bathroom because its high enough she can't reach it even if she saw where he puts it and when he shaves to not let her in the bathroom anymore to see him doing it so now he always closes the door and locks it when shaving.

No, but that's adorable. I did, however dance on top of Daddy's feet around the living room. He smelled like Old Spice and cigarettes, and I thought it was the most wonderful smell in the world. He is a great dad like your husband.

Yeah I did that. It is cute. It is not weird or anything as long as it remains this innocent.
I wouldn't even think it confusing... these are bonding moments and no different when little boys go through the phase of wanting to wear their mama's shoes or dress up like her. This usually happens around this age.

omg my dad did the same with me, but he drew the line at letting me put on aftershave lol.
I used to do it then all the time, cover my face in it, he got kind of annoyed then that i was wasting all his shaving cream.
Dont worry, it shouldn't be too confusing and if she asks anything just say its a game and dont freak too much if you one day find her in your bathroom covered in shaving cream lol.

My daughter loves to watch me shave. I get here with the shaving cream and there are giggles and laughs. I think is pretty cool interacting with her like that.

yup same with my grandpa and when I got old enough my grandpa taught me how to use a straight razor so I know how to shave with one.
