Hi,
I haven't heard the term torque induction for some time now, it just refers to the reed valve induction system used on old Yamaha two stroke engines, which leads me to believe that your bike may be a 1971. Take the frame number (found on the steering head in front of the gas tank) and ask at a Yamaha dealer, they will be able to tell you exactly what it is. Without knowing what condition it is presently in, or if its even running, its hard to say what its worth. If running and in good shape it will be worth more than when it was brand new (which was 6 or 7 hundred dollars). You could call (or take it to a bike shop) and get their opinion (if you trust them).
