Don't climb water-spouts!
Obviously incy-wincy is a slow learner! How many times would you get washed out before you learnt climbing the spout was the problem!!!
Weather forecasts are never very reliable!

It's really not Incy's fault. He is not the shiniest spanner in the toolkit. I really think Mr and Mrs Wincy should supervise him more carefully.

I think he/she should pay attention coz then he/she wouldn't keep gettin washed out of the water spout.
Plus if he/she wants to sit in a water spout all day, the he/she should be aware that it might rain!
