I have a semi pro football tryout in 2 weeks and need to get quicker side to side and faster straight ahead.maybe a 2 or 3 day a week program would be perfect.

ok this is easy. one for str8 away running you want to get leg weights and a runners chute. they sell them at *****. 2. for side to side get two boxes out and run side to side to them 100 touches on each box. rest 10 mins and strecth the whole time then do it again. after three times you will be sore. in two weeks you will be quick.

LOL....you're going to do that in 2 weeks time? LOL...good luck with that. There are many programs out there, do some homework on your own but it'll be a waste of your time if all you've got is 2 weeks.

Do some research on plyometrics. We did this while I was on the track team in high school a few years back.
