Okay, I'll tell you a joke:
A man left his cat with his brother while he went on vacation for a week. When he came back, the man called his brother to see when he could pick the cat up. The brother hesitated, then said, ''I'm so sorry, but while you were away, the cat died."
The man was very upset and yelled, ''You know, you could have broken the news to me better than that. When I called today, you could have said he was on the roof and wouldn't come down. Then when I called the next day, you could have said that he had fallen off and the vet was working on patching him up. Then when I called the third day, you could have said he had passed away.''
The brother thought about it and apologized.
"So how's Mom?" asked the man.
"She's on the roof and won't come down."

I was truly funny before the surgery, but now that I'm being surgically programmed to become an obvious American Idol contest winner I don't have time to be so deep. *GRIN*

I used to introduce myself to my students as the
'short, fat cute teacher'
Students would say I couldn't say that and I would reply -"but I am very cute' The kind students would laugh.
In fact the students were very nice to me they laughed at my jokes50% of the time.
Or they made this groaning noise which I explained to them I knew meant they were over-whelmed with my humour - this resulted in more groans of joy - I think.
When they came back to visit me, many times after they finished school, they used to ask if I was still trying to be funny.

I am the funniest person i know. I crack myself up, i am sooooo funny. Other people laugh 'with ' me all the time..............oh no wait, or they laugh at me all the time, Either or, im still pretty funny.....................looking, does that count?? You didnt specify funny in what regard........ lol
