Great question. like in school, relationships, or jobs. people try so hard to make things better, but it's not like you're going to actually get anywhere. Nothing ever changes. No one is every happy.

sometimes you do have to try to get somewhere in life. I mean if you dont try in school then you dont graduate then you dont get a good paying job after college so you have to look at it in all the right ways and know what is really the best way to go. Because most of the time if you try hard enough it will matter.

That's a broad statement. Some things do matter. If you are trying really hard at every single thing, you must be drained. That would be exhausting. Set some priorities. Don't give 100% effort on every task, you don't need to.

That's exactly what I have wondered. I get my hopes up and plan for a really big event but it turns out there is not enough time to accomplish the things that need to be done that I have worked hard on planning.

When you get so far, you forget where you are, and all see or seem is just a dream within a dream to keep the light out of your eyes in your mind that you make up for all that you lack as the dust of ancestors swirls in the wind, and all that we've built turns to ash in our mouths, we look up at feet, so keep this on the DL.

It matters to us!! I try because this is the only chance I know I'm going to get and I'd hate to get to the end of it saying 'if only....'

All I know, time is a valuable thing
Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings
Watch it count down to the end of the day
The clock ticks life away

It's just not OK for us not to try. We don't know how the results of what we do, may be used in the next generation.

Because...as long as there is life, there is hope. And in the grand scheme of things, it does matter...it really really does.

It looks like you take Linkin Park lyrics a little too seriously.
