I kind of think it was Spike but what do you think?

I think it was about Angel. To tell you the truth I'm not really sure because it could've been either one of them. But I think it was about Angel since he did have the soul first, but Spike fought for his soul so it would be kinda hard to know for sure.

Definitely Angel. He was the first with the soul. If I remember correctly the prophecy had something to do with the vapire with a soul.
I think Angel was trying to repent where Spike was in it for himself and to get the girls.
