yeah you can walk after dinner......but only if it's a slow and calm walk........
you should'nt walk too fast or your stomach might hurt.......
after dinner most of ur energy is spent to digest the food.......diverting it towards walking might lead to indigestion
hence....walk only a slow walk..no running/jumping or any sort of excercising

After taking food, be it dinner or lunch or break fast,
do not do any exercise including walking.
But after 15 or 30 minutes, you can do slow walking (stroll).
(Brisk walking only in the morning).
So casually walk for hlaf an hour,
enjoying the breeze or
the night climate,
looking at the stars or
thinking of good things that you have done during the day
or discussing (no arguments) the domestic matters.
There will not be much calorie burning, but body will prepare itself for tkaing rest for the next 6 to 8 hours.
All these things are important because, it helps one to control stress and BP
which in turn control sugar level and heart problems
Whether one goes for morning walk or not
night time stroll is a must.
(but morning walk keeps one brisk and healthy during the day)

Do baby do,
After dinner do everything you can do to spend some energy including sex ....
I m not joking.
You r going to sleep after ward and you don't spend much .
Have early dinner is one of dietitians advice just to say that you need to spend some energy outta of calories you hv taken in dinner.
If you don't feel like walking have it very light.
Why r u in doubt walk any time . I m great walker myself would like to join you in case you are still in doubt .

I have always heard that it is best to give yourself 45 minutes to digest your dinner .... and then go for a walk, if you wish ... not to put strain on your body
