I think your mind is like a sponge when you are young you can pick up things quicker. I guess its the way humans evolved, since they have very little instincts and are not powerful they had to learn to adapt to environments, so they tach their kids when young. cause back then you became an adult at about age 14

Because it is harder when you are old. I am going to college and I'm 58. My brain stays fried all the time.

i dont know. im not a genious, but maybe your brain gets smaller when you get older and you cant learn as easy.

its because when you are younger,you have a longer way ahead of you to do it,when you are older,you have less energy
