Why do people give thumbs down for my question?

Your BMI is 19.6.
A BMI of 18.5 or lower is considered underweight.
A BMI of 25 or higher is considered overweight.
Therefore, you are at a very ideal weight for your height.
To stay in a healthy weight range try not to go below 108 or above 145.
Keep in mind that the BMI is not entirely accurate. If you have a lot of muscle or a large body frame, then you may be considered underweight. This is because muscle weighs more than fat and you need a certain amount of body fat to be considered healthy...especially if you are nursing a baby!

Your weight is OK. For your height your weight should be between 125 - 135 pounds.
