I like stuff that has to do with philosophy and has a good storyline. So far I've liked Ghost in the Shell, Elfen Lied, Eureka 7, yeah... I haven't watched that many. Humor's a plus, and I guess I like mecha and futuristic stuff. Any ideas?
I've also watched Bleach and Naruto... They lag sometimes...

Try the Gundam series animes. Mecha, life in space colonies.
Cowboy bebop is nice too!
Trigun is cool : the scene takes place in a western-like planet.
