yes wait do not have sex just because everyone else is. Wait until you are older and have someone that you love. You do not want to get pregnant or a disease.

Just because your friends are foolish enough to have sex at a young age, doesn't mean you have to ruin your childhood also. Enjoy life, sex will come later. 12 and 13 is way too young. Personally if I could go back in time and wait for sex, I would have. There's more to life than something that won't last long anyway, and I'm sure you don't want to put yourself in a situation where you could become pregnant or get an STD.

Ok, now this 'influenza' or whatever you call it has seriously got to stop. Sex is not something that you should try out just because other people's done it. When you're older and more matured, you'll understand that your virginity is important and you should only do it when you're ready and in love. Some kids are still naive at this age and there are a number of cases where the results are unwanted pregnancy, humiliation and bitterness. This is not something that you want is it? Think before you leap. If you do this, you'll regret it later. Sex is not a game. Refer to casady, i agree with him totally. Gd luck!

Answer these questions: Are you ready to look into your parents, other family members, or your doctors eyes and let them know you are having sex? Are you ready to raise a child, should you become pregnant? Are you ready to deal with having a STD? Have you taken precautions for preventing pregnancy?
Do you have an income, a home, and a complete education (graduated from college)?
If you answered yes to all of these, then you might be ready, if you answered no to any one of these, then you should wait, wait, wait, and run screaming from any boy or man that suggests you have sex with him. If you let it be known that you are waiting until you are ready and he says he loves you, he will respect your decision and wait along with you. If he does not want to wait, then he does not respect your decision, nor love you enough to deserve you even.
Bottom line, your parts may work and your hormones may say do it, but you are far from ready, so wait!

Please wait! 12 is a ridiculus age to start! I lost mine when i turned 18, and let me tell you, it was worth it! I'm now 25, and to think that if i had lost my virginity when i was 12, I may have had a kid by now! don't ruin your life to fit in with people. There is so much to take in when you decide to have sex. You have to remember that there are STD's out there, the possiblitiy of you haveing a child at a VERY young age, and who knows what else that could set you up for. Please think about this for a while before you do. be very careful

well, i don't think you are physically ready until at least 18, but i would say most do it by 15 or 16. I did not see what the big deal was and hated it until i was 20, so if you do it, trust me there will most likely be nothing good about it. Besides, your friends are really not cosidering what they are doing to their bodies. It can affect how your body developes, could cause problems in getting pregnant later in life when you want to be and could mean getting pregnant before you are ready. There is no protection that is 100% guaranteed. Plus now your friends will justget passed around between all the guys that just want to have sex, and they will never truly know that a guy feels real about being with them and isn't in it just for the physical. This is how guys think, oh she will give it up, so i will date her until the girl i really like is available. Or crap like that. Don't do it unless you are ready to deal with what it might do to you and your reputation. Trust me the girls that didn't sleep with guys in high school are happily married with children. The girls that did, well not all such success' in their personal life. Infact most aren't even in a good relationship now, ten yrs later... There is one girl that did a lot of sleeping around in highschool, ended up getting pregnant right around graduation and married six months later, now has the oldest children of anyone we graduated with and really hasn't made much of herself. They are still married and have at least two kids, but financially will never be stable. She didn't finish college, he couldn't even go, and they live in a house that his parents own. They are content, and that is all that really matters. But how long until they start to wonder how things might have been. My sister was engaged and thought that it was okay to sleep with her future husband, he got her pregnant and left her. My nephew is 12 and has no relationship with his father. When he was a baby, he spent time with his father's parents, but now, he barely even knows them. His father moved on to another girl, got her pregnant, now my nephew has a half brother that is only 5 months younger than him, once his dad found out that girl was pregnant he left her, and moved on to his next girl. These guys don't see you as a person, just someone to have sex with. Sorry so negative, I just have never seen this turn out good.

You should definatley wait. What are your friends going to do if they end up pregnant or with a STD? Please make the right decision and wait till your older. When the time is right and you are in love then think about sex. Until now enjoy being a teenager and enjoy not having a baby to haul around.

If u r 13, then u must be a student. Under 18 is too young to have sex. It is hard to avoid this topic at this age.Many teenagers r lack of knowledge abt sex. Wat they know sex is a trend and they dun want to be freak in school juz bcoz they nvr hav sex. But this thought is wrong. Well, juz wait until u meet someone that u love. U cant predict wat happen next.

i think you should wait for the right guy just b/c your friends r doing ti doesn't mean you have to. it is much better if you have sex with some you love. you dint feel like piece of *** that way

there is no timeline for this, it's different for everyone. you should wait until you are in a long term committed relationship with someone you trust completely. i lost my virginity at 15 to a guy that didn't really care about me, and i wished that i had waited for someone who actually cared about me.
