No, it's the cash cow for the pharmaceutical industry. Just goes to show you that the medical profession is out to make money, not to care for you in your illness. Your pain is their fortune.

According to the questions here in Answers, the most pressing issue of all is penis size. No matter how big it is, they want it bigger. And yet you never see questions from women complaining their guy's penis is too small and how can he make it bigger.

Actually, impotence is becoming more of an issue now that more people are developing diabetes. But I'm not sure if you can go by the number of bucks BigPharma is throwing into advertising as a gauge of how widespread the problem is.

There are a lot more important health issues. Although some of the medications will cause erectile dysfunction.

LOL, good question. That dude, Bob, on the commercials sure looks like a happy little fellow. The drugs people are using for this are causing blindness in some test subjects...Kinda gives new credit to the old, "If you don't stop that you're gonna go blind" thing...

It is a health issue men will spend a lot of money to remedy. People sell what people will buy. Advertisements that persist on TV indicate that people are buying.
