You can try regular department stores like Sears or JC Penney. Maybe even Target. You should be able to get something very easily for that price.
But for the really sweet deals Ebay can't be beat. Of course, there's the issue of not being able to try on the clothes, but if you're confident about the size then it shouldn't be a problem.

You can definately check E-Bay, which is my all-time favorite store! You can even find dresses on there as low as $0.01, but when that happens, be sure to check the shipping & handling price, because sometimes that is where they get you...
Other than that, try some department stores like Value City, JC Penney, or if you are in the Mid-Atlantic Region, Gabriel Brothers.
Also, webites like www.daisymaze.com, or even www. gojane.com have a good list of formal/semi-formal gowns for cheap.

Stores like Macy's, Deb's, Maurice's, Penney's, Sears, or Mariposa. I found a dress at Mariposa for my 8th grade dance for only $30.

Check out JcPennys! They have a bunch of cute dresses & they have even more at the actual store. My sister got a dress from there for like $40 & it was so cute! Here are some more stores that you can look at for cute, cheap dresses too! I hope this helps! Have Fun & Good Luck :)

Deb store I think they are National. My daughter has found some great dresses under $60.00 her last dress was $45, shoes $29 and jewelry for a total of $102 but that was everything! The dresses are for your age, flashy, chic, and young! Good Luck!

my gown replaced into 30 money from background 1981, that's appropriate to continuously 21. that gown is notably, yet real fancy for 8th grade gradtuation. so attempt finding like a shorter gown it quite is lovable and kinda flowy so which you will sense such as you're flying on the chuffed time :]] haha cheesy/

Try Macy's, they usually have really cute dresses for not a lot of money. Kohl's also has cute dresses. Rave shops sometimes have cute dresses and Deb does too. Good luck!

I just got a semi formal dress at Deb's. They have amazing dresses and most of them are under $50.00. The one that I got was 45 and I love it. I hope you find a good one.
