By tomorrow? That's pretty unrealistic. I would recommend Zicam Cold Remedy (in gel or swab form) and Airborne. They both contain zinc and it helped me get over my cold in 3 days, instead of the usual 5-7.

there really isnt anything good to get rid of a cold faster. products like tylenol cold are good at helping with symptoms, but dont treat the disease- its sort of like a bandaid. echinaciea, vitamin C, and airborne, vitamins, antioxidants, etc. dont work. there is some evidence zinc supplements like zicam might work, but its effects are pretty minimal and insignificant when people are blinded to what they are taking. like xelty said, rest/sleep might help some.

medicine only helps to deal with the symptoms. Your body's immune system would deal with the cold. Take a warm bath, take vitamine C and sleep.
If you want to relieve the symptoms while your body is doing its job try dayquil/nightquil or day nurse/night nurse. They are the best for me.

If you take medicines for cold you will get cured in one week... if you dont take it takes 7 days to get cured... so the choice is yours ... zinc , tylenol cold and sinus , vit c and hot beverages does help to get relief from heavy head running nose.. steam inhalation with vicks also helps..

the herbal tea echinacae is a good way to help kick it... there is probably nothing that will. get ride of it as fast as you would like to...lots of vitamin C intake daily will help you from catching one,, A red bell pepper has more vitamin C than an orange, and is a good snack eating it raw..
