I don't believe there's anything that smells better. A newborn baby's smell is so fresh, there's nothing better.

I don't care for the scent of babies.
To me they smell like vomit and dirty diapers with a hint of baby powder. And maybe it has something to do with the way the parents are caring for the baby.
