Really enjoyed Philip Pullman when I was a teenager, saw it made into a play at the National Theatre in London, and was in truth the most amazing play I have ever seen. If it's ever put on again, really make an effort to see it. The Narnia series is great also (much better than the film!).
Also enjoyed Brian Jacques, and Robin Jarvis is just fabulous, especially 'The Deptford Histories' in particular the Alchemists' Cat- a really great book. & the Deptford Mice trilogy.
What else... Liked Anne McCaffrey as well, more science fiction, her Dragonriders series is probably the best.
Oh, and of course Lord of the Rings, though think The Hobbit would be a better/easier place to start.
That should keep you going for a while!

The Bartimaeus Trilogy 7

The Inkspell trilogy 9

The Chronicles of Narnia 11

And the other 2 I haven't read and can't rate.

I've only read Eragon. I have Eldest just haven't got to it. I enjoyed it but it seemed a little to close to Pern. The Chronicles of Narnia are the only other series I have read on your list. They are classics and I don't let anyone borrow my collection.

You'll like Harry Potter for sure. Also try the Everworld series. They are excellent quick reads about teens who get sucked into a world of ancient myths. If you like vampire stories there is Desert Rose and that same publishing company (McCarren Publishing) will be releasing some other great Young Adult fantasy this summer.

I've also only read the Chronicles of Narnia, but seeing the kind of books you like I do have a few suggestions (based on my son's reading habits):

The Pendragon books by D.J. McHale
The Ranger's Apprentice books by John Flanagan
The Early Years of Merlin (something like that) by T.A. Barron

Hope those help!

I've only read The Narnia book, but another great and awesome fiction book is The Oath by Frank Peretti. It's long, but so interesting. I'm reading it for the second time. It's truly an awesome book.

I've enjoyed many of those books and would recommend Sabriel by Garth Nix (following it are Lireal and Abhorsen). They are inventive, captivating and fun.
