Eyes of the Dragon is definitely linked. In the later books of the Dark Tower series, where it has the list of all King's previously published books, they started putting the names of all of the books that had Tower links in them in BOLD. Eyes of the Dragon is in bold. Flagg is the same guy in a number of books, he's the one wizard in the Tower, he's the Walkin Dude in The Stand, etc.

I said an interview that Stephen King did earlier the finest e book got here out. In it he suggested that his "consistent readers" may understand why he finished the e book the way he had, and that it got here "finished circle." once you have ever study his tale Eyes of The Dragon, in it there are 2 adult men who're chasing after Flagg on the accurate of the tale. My husband and that i both idea that he may carry them "finished circle" and enable those 2 capture up with him in the accurate. I desire it had ended that way, yet I do understand why he did it the way he did. I loved the ending and yet hated it, if it truly is wise in any respect. i imagine The darkish Tower series is between the finest obtainable and performance each thing he has written. there is an extra beneficial because of come back out this year called The Wind by the Keyhole, and that i visit't wait.

I thought the ending was the way it should end, but on the other hand I had gotten so attached to Roland and all the other characters that for awhile it left a sickness in my stomach thinking of Roland just repeating his life over and over until he did it right ... it's maddening really ...
I know Insomnia has connections to Dark Tower as does Salem's Lot.

Glad you liked it. A great many of King's books are inter-related, having to do - in one way or another - with the Crimson King. Yes, that is the same Roland Deschain. You'll even find Father Callahan in the early book 'Salem's Lot.

I actually never made it past the 1st book. I got completely lost and couldn't finish it but I saw that they plan on making it into a comic.

Eyes of the Dragon is completely separate. Even the style is a bit different.
