I like the idea. The Liberals will get all the "Blue States" from the last election, and the Conservatives will get the "Red States."

As a result, the Liberals will get most the technology and business centers, while the Conservatives will get the Bible Belt and the Rust Belt.

Once the resulting Jesusland economy crashes, the Blue states can waltz in and buy them back for pennies on the dollar.

By the way, what "Evil Liberal" policies are you talking about? The highest deficit and largest government increase in history has happened under the watch of a Republican President and Republican Congress. I hate to break it to you, but the Democrats are the current Deficit Hawks.

If you want to vote based on who will spend less money on useless "Social" programs, these days, you'd be voting Democrat.

I vote based on policies and issues, so this switch doesn't bother me, but this must really suck for the poor slobs who vote a straight party ticket.

We did that once. It was called the War of Northern Aggression or sometimes known as the Civil War. It didn't work then but who knows, they always said that the South would rise again.
