I mean it happens a lot, my answers are almost always last. Why is that? Am I just slow? OR, is my answer so good, that no one can come up with an answer to beat it?

Do you ever search for certain topics? I think many people only answer through the big 'answer' link on top, that way they get all the questions that were just asked minutes ago. If you search for open questions about interesting topics, you'll find all open questions even if they're several days old, but few other people seem to do that so you'll be one of the last people to answer.

No really I wonder that myself.
Sometimes though it is because I go way back in the pages and the question has been up for a day or two.... sometimes longer.
