“DUBYA” isn’t an initial, it’s the phonetic pronunciation (mispronunciation?) of an initial.
Sounds dumb, is dumb.
“JEB”. Attached to John Ellis Bush since childhood. (Maybe “Ellis” made him cry).
Why one would precede one’s surname with the initials of one’s entire name is strange.
Eg. JEB (James Ewell Brown) Stuart, not JEBS Stuart.
“JEB” seems to have a kinship with “JET” and “JED” (“Jett Rink”, James Dean’s character in “Giant” and “Jed Clampett” of the Beverly Hillbillies) - BOTH oilmen! Coincidence?

They are initials! And as far as you protecting us....do you even know who was in office when the USA introduced the Stealth to our military might? Ummm, REAGAN!
